This is our new cat Naboo. He’s a two-year-old pound kitty who was given up due to a family members’ allergies. Yes, as far as we know he was named after the planet in Star Wars: Episode One, and no, we’re not going to change it. He seems to understand it, and we kinda like it.

We went for a walk a few days ago down on the Coastal Trail at low tide. The large black and gray things sitting in these pictures are ice. The tallest ones are between 12 and 15 feet.
