After downloading the MT clip library that Andre Torrez created for TextPad, I decided to make a syntax highlighting file to take full advantage of the new clips. (If you’ve never used a custom syntax highlighting file in TextPad, it gives you the ability to choose which colors are used to display different aspects of various languages.)

Vannevar Bush was the Director of the Office of Scientific Research and Development in World War II, a government agency tasked with putting thousands of scientists to work creating technology to help win the war. The thesis of this article is that the scientists had unprecedented opportunities to advance their fields during the war, and should figure out how to keep those opportunities available.
